We're sorry, but our law firm is unable to help at this time.

We sue the lender using the HOLDER rule. Unfortunately, the state of Illinois has several past rulings that might make it more challenging for us to use that rule to sue the lender.

We believe our legal arguments are different from those past rulings and stand on solid legal ground.

Until we prove that we can win with the few Illinois clients that have retained us we are not going to take any more Illinois clients at this time.

We suggest reaching out to a local consumer protection lawyer. If you find one, our attorneys would be happy to talk with them about our strategy against the solar industry.
